At Serenity Journeys, we want you to love every purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return eligible items under the following conditions:

• Returns must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.

• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging for hygiene and safety reasons.

• To start a return, please contact us at return@serenityjourney.co.uk with your order number.

Refunds

• Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days with supporting photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.
